PROGRAMMATIC CAMPAIGN INTERN
Goal
- Develop a functional understanding of programmatic capabilities, internal tools, and our client business.
- Become an expert in assigned platform(s), and master the nuances and best practices of programmatic campaign setup, execution, and optimization options.

PAID SOCIAL CAMPAIGN INTERN
Goal
- Develop a functional understanding of paid social capabilities, internal tools, and our client business.
- Become an expert in social ads campaign strategy and creative concepts development (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Set up, execution and implementation of social ads campaigns, and daily optimization of short & long term performance campaigns on social media in order to increase ROI
- Develop a cross digital social strategy integration (broad social vision – pure social/trading/etc.)
PAID SEARCH (SEA) CAMPAIGN INTERN
Goal
- Develop a functional understanding of search/performance campaign capabilities, internal tools, and our client business.
- Create and implement SEA campaigns (research and select keywords, ad copies, and landing page testing)
- Optimize search campaigns on a daily basis in order to maximize the client’s investment and track campaigns
- To stay up-to-date on search industry trends and best practices, focusing on how changes can proactively help us improve client’s campaigns
ONLINE ADOPS INTERN
Goal
- Develop a functional understanding of tracking and trafficking options and the ad operations side of online advertising.
- Work with creative agencies, planners and publishers to ensure campaigns are correctly deployed
- Brief and attend briefings for trafficked campaigns (creative, client and media planning)
- Create mediaplan into the Adserver
- Create technical specifications & generate Script tags in Adservers
- Test the code and validate
DIGITAL MEDIA BUYING INTERN
Goal
- Develop an in-depth understanding from planning to buying of digital advertising.
- Working hand-in-hand with the digital tactical planner, to bring the digital plan to life through buying and sales house negotiation.
- Follow-up of the adverts to ensure they run accurately so the desired media message is seen and heard by the target public, and optimize the execution of what is booked
- Develop negotiations skills to obtain the best rates and most appropriate media space in online advertising in function of the specifications, target groups, client’s needs and resources
- Develop an in-depth view on budgets, possibilities and the sales house sector.
DIGITAL MEDIA PLANNING INTERN
Goal
- Develop an understanding of how you work with clients and Account Managers from digital briefing to plan and put it in practice.
- In-depth knowledge of how translate a briefing into a digital plan
- Create an understanding of publishers /sites and formats regarding the key strategies and seeking special offers, relevant information
- Gain insight in the CIM figures (Adware) to justify the selection, and provide and analyze market shares/fair shares
- Get to know the business of the client, and understand how we can make the difference with advertising
DATA PROJECT MANAGMENT
Goal
- Develop a functional understanding of data projects within a digital ad agency, structure data related projects between planners, clients and the data team. Contribute to the development and implementation of a data roadmap.
- Become an expert in managing and monitoring data projects and their deadlines, master nuances and best practices of data solutions, metrics and dashboards.
- Being part of newest developments in an agency’s data ecosystem, client requirements and challenges.
DATA & INSIGHTS INTERN
Goal
- Develop a functional understanding of digital data, data delivery and insight capabilities with a strong focus on dashboarding and reporting.
- Become an expert in assigned platform(s) such as Datorama and Google Data Studio, and master the nuances and best practices of cross-channel and multi-touchpoint data visualisations.
- Being constantly up to date of the media landscape, client requirements and develop a keen eye on all things data related.
